If you are not happy with your RoadReady order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery through our contact page with your order number and we will make it right with a full refund of the item price.

How it works

• Reach out within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking.
• Tell us what went wrong. For damaged or defective items, a photo helps us resolve it faster.
• If we ask you to send the item back, we will give you the return instructions. Items should be returned with their accessories.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to post it.

Bundles

If you return part of a bundle (Winter Kit or Pick any 2), the refund is based on the discounted bundle price you paid for that item.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are refunded only when the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
